Front Suspension Done
I will no longer have a rust problem on the front end of my car. The passenger side was easy since I knew exactly what was involved in putting it together. I got the new strut tower bracing in place for the passenger side. I still need to weld the strut tower to it and do the same thing to the drivers side. The inner side panels I will probably leave out, there is no need for it as long as I have a plastic inner fender to keep the wheel from throwing mud and water into the engine compartment the rest can stay open. I will leave the headlight mounting area and the fender mounting lip in place to support the outer body.
Next weekend I should have the front end totally finished and welded up. All that is left is to cut away the stock floor and put the door bracing in place. The frame is then done and it will be time to start reassembling the car.
