Behind the Seat Battery Tray Built

Decided to get a jump on some of the work and made the battery tray for the two batteries that go behind the seat. It is attached to the frame of the car on the back side. I need to get one piece of metal before the front of the frame is finished but I went ahead and put the batteries in to see how it was working.

The batteries will work out good like they are. I will make a cover for them and seal the caps with vent tubes to keep everything safe. Four of the batteries will be in the trunk. I will make the frame to mount them next. This weekend I should be able to start on the chain drive setup. Hopefully next week it will be ready to drive again.
